Contingency Search
For mainstream searches where a single position needs filling right away. HRG Recruiting pays all recruitment costs, except optional applicant testing and customized assessments.

You can expect a detailed file search, direct referral and recruiting initiatives and full interviews. Candidates will be provided to the client with complete presentations detailing the specific aspects of each candidate that make them uniquely qualified for the position. Once you have made a decision to pursue one particular applicant, a complete and comprehensive referencing process will be undertaken to confirm the applicant's skills and abilities. These references will be provided in written form to you prior to the offer being presented.

Retained Search
For executive level or hard-to-fill searches.

You can expect a detailed account of the search process, including the number of contacts made, from what companies, and the result of each contact. If specialized advertising programs were used in the search process, you will also be provided with an account of the advertising response. In addition to these services, you can expect a detailed file search, direct referral and recruiting initiatives, and full interviews. Candidates will be provided to you with complete presentations detailing the specific aspects of each candidate that make them uniquely qualified for the position. Once you have made a decision to pursue one particular applicant, a complete and comprehensive referencing process will be undertaken to confirm the applicant's skills and abilities. These references will be provided in written form to you prior to the offer being presented.
