Employers - Guarantee

HRG Recruiting guarantees the successful placement of the recommended candidate for three months, which represents the industry standard and coincides with most corporate internal policies.

If it doesn't work out as expected, HRG Recruiting will replace the employee at no charge.

The HRG Recruiting guarantee applies only to the replacement of the original employee, not other searches. Nor does it apply to employee termination due to layoff or a downturn in business.
